Pete advises on several aspects of Human Resources, training and coaching. His experience includes job profiling and effective Recruitment & Selection. Pete works with the profit and not for profit sectors establishing robust HR functions and assists companies and charities with operational HR, including contracts, policies, staff handbooks and people engagement.
Pete holds a Diploma in Employment Law and has qualifications in Training from NUI, and HR & Leadership from IMI. Pete also has expertise as a presenter and facilitator and trains teams in performance management, motivational leadership and people management. He assists companies to achieve best practice within HR, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation.
