James is a HR professional who has worked in both in-house business partner roles for large multinationals and also in consultancy positions for the public sector and SME’s across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Having completed a BCL in Law & Business in Maynooth, James later went on to undertake an MSc. in HRM in DCU and has recently completed an Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law.

James has a proven history in delivering on high value HR projects for companies across a wide range of industries. He has delivered on strategic projects across employee relations, performance management, business partnering, employee engagement and complete HR department development and restructure. James has a keen interest in employment law, organisational development and change management. He has overseen redundancy and TUPE projects for a large number of companies. James has also worked with rapidly expanding or developing companies to create solid HR foundations through policy development, training and workforce planning that then allows for a high-quality people strategy to be created.
